EXCHANGE POLICY

At V Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we deal in carefully crafted fashion wear, we offer exchanges only under specific conditions. Please read our policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange only in the following cases:

  1. Size Issue: If the product does not fit, you can request an exchange for a different size (subject to availability).

  2. Damaged Product: If the product arrives in a damaged condition, you must provide a clear unboxing video as proof. Without video proof, the exchange request cannot be processed.

Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.

  • Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange.

Process

  1. Contact us via 📧 [your email] / 📞 [your phone/WhatsApp] with your order number and issue details.

  2. Share the required unboxing video (in case of damage).

  3. Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost (unless it was damaged on delivery).

  4. After inspection, we will dispatch the replacement product.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for size or preference-related issues.

  • Refunds are only applicable in case the requested replacement product is unavailable.
