CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

At V Fashion, we value your trust and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may refer to our Exchange Policy.

Prepaid Orders:
- If your order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
COD Orders:
- Cash on Delivery orders cannot be refunded in advance. If cancelled before shipping, no payment will be collected.
Returns & Refunds:
- Refunds against returned items will be processed only after the product passes our quality check.
- Refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days of approval.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Customized, made-to-order, and sale items are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:

2. Contact your bank/payment provider.
